Please follow the 3 simple steps below. 1. Shut down the power supply of the IDEC SmartRelay. 2. Connect programming cable (FL1A-PC1) to PC and IDEC SmartRelay interface port. 3. Switch On the IDEC SmartRelay, and it automatically goes into “PCSmartRelay” mode. FL1B IDEC SmartRelay is now ready for communication with WindLGC.
