How do i use a vanilla visa gift card online to order airsoft guns?
Lots of people are having this issue. The problem with using Visa (or any other Bank Issued) gift card online is that there is no verifiable address associated with the card. When buying things online, most merchants want your billing address to match the address on the card you are using. To be able to use the gift card online, Visa recommends that you go online to register your gift card with the merchant/financial institution that issued it and add your name and address to the card so that when you use it online, the card will match the name and address you provided for billing. So, once you have registered your card with them, you can use it online just like you would use a Visa credit card. However, there are some online merchants that will accept a Visa credit card but will not accept a Visa gift card used as a credit card. So, if you have registered your gift card with Visa and it is rejected online, then it means the merchant does not accept Visa gift card used as a credit card
