In Makefile, you need to add -fopenmp to CFLAGS and -lgomp to MEX_OPTION. For Octave, you need the same modification. However, a minor problem is that the number of threads cannot be specified in MATLAB. We tried Version 7.7 (R2008b) and gcc-4.3.3.
