In Jaws PDF Editor v1.x, you can use the Select Paragraph tool and then when you have the text selected click on the highlight, strikeout or comment button and that comment type will be applied to the selected text.Paragraphs in multi-column layouts must be selected a line at a time in order not to also select text from the adjacent column. In Jaws PDF Editor v2.0 and above, you can use the Highlight Area, Underline Area, and Strikeout Area tools.
