How do I utilize the Direct Plug-in Observer Port Feature on the Everon?
The VXI Passport Everon amplifier is designed with a direct plug-in observer port feature. This is great for training situations when a supervisor needs to listen but not be heard by the customer. Simply connect a VXI Observer Headset into the port on the back of the Everon labeled with a “GN”. This allows the observer to hear both sides of the conversation. When ordering a VXI Observer Headset (#200547), please remember to order the QD1027 lower cord (#30005).
