How do I view the aggregated results of a Survey that I’ve sent out?
To view the results of a survey (either while the survey is still being completed or at the due date), click on the Surveys tab. Then click on My Surveys. This will show you a list of the Surveys that you have sent out. It will also show you the status of your Surveys. “Complete” means that either the end date has passed or that all recipients have completed the survey (or both). To view the results of a survey, click on the survey that you want to see. Then you will see 4 sub-tabs – Basic Information, Survey Form, Reports and Recipients. If you click on the Reports sub-tab, then you’ll see three default reports from which you can choose. The third report is the most comprehensive in regards to aggregating the actual responses of the survey recipients, whereas the other two reports just show names and contact information of the recipients who have and haven’t completed the survey.
