How do I watch RAR. files?
RAR is a way to compress files to make them smaller just like zip files but with better stability. (WMP cannot play RAR files) Once you have the RAR file first scan it with any anti virus prog you have (usually you can right click on the file and the select scan with…(name of anti virus prog you have). Then either double click the RAR file or right click and select extract, you may have a few options but select extract to ‘name of rar file’, that way it will extract all contents of RAR file to it’s own folder (sometimes RAR files can contain loads of files that isn’t contained inside a folder which can give you a messy desktop. If you double click the RAR then just drag and drop to where you want it. Now that you have extracted the film open it with WMP, if your only getting sound then you are missing one or two codecs.
