It depends on the type of honda 15. If the motor is carbureted put the right amount of fuel stabilizer in the gas tank. Start the motor on a hose and get it warm. While the motor is running remove the air box and take fogging oil (aerosol can) and spray the fogging oil directly into the carburetor butterfly. When the motor starts to stall stop and repeat the process several times. On the last time fog the motor and push on the choke. Do this until the motor stalls completely and shuts off. While the motor is warm change the engine oil and change the filter (it is recommended to use the correct oil and filters not auto zone). Drain the lower unit gear oil from the bottom plug and take the top plug out. Check the seals while you have the plugs out and make sure you have both of them (this is an regular problem to cause water to get into the gear case).
