How do Kestrel bikes stand out against other tri and road bikes?
Who is your target market? I’d have to say that Kestrel not only makes the best bikes, but the attention to detail in the product is impeccable. These bikes are gorgeous. I think with our plans to seek out new innovations and retain this level of detail will keep our bikes on the very top end of the market. We often do the car analogy when discussing competitor brands. Kestrel is the Jaguar of bikes… 6. What is your personal athletic background? Do you have any favorite races out there? What’s it like living and training in the Philadelphia area? I grew up playing all the “normal” sports. At 6′ 5″ I excelled in basketball but my passion was cycling. My dad got me into it when I was younger and it just stuck. Philly is a great town. We’re not only about our Philly cheesesteak! The cycling and multisport community is huge and we have some excellent places to ride in the city and the surrounding communities.
