How do lions move to catch their pray?
Lionesses usually do the hunting. Lions prefered prey is hoved animals, in herds. There will usually be 6-12 Lionesses taking part. One group will stalk their prey to the front, while another 1 or 2 groups will be on either side. The Lionesses by the side of the prey will give chase, causing a stampede. After this, the more experienced Lionesses towards the front will ambush the prey, hopefully bringing it down.
