How do Muslims and Muslimahs manage this?

Well if, like me, you’ve never been in a relationship it’s a lot easier to avoid it. Obviously I do desire romance some time, but I would rather do it the halal way then the non halal way. And right now, I want to concentrate on my studies anyway. Relationships just cause distractions. Like I’ve had friends who are/have been in relationships and it just messes them up. If someone wants to be in a relationship, get married! Then you won’t have to “manage” anything. I’m not in my late 20s and hope I won’t still be unmarried when I am, so that hopefully I won’t have to supress my desire to be with someone for that long. But I do know that there are some people who genuinely don’t care, they don’t desire romance, or sex or anything.

What is your question?
