eukaryotic cells are more complex than prokaryotic. The organelles achieve homeostasis by maintaining balance as to what goes in and out of the cell. The semi-permeable membrane controls what comes into and goes out of the cell to make sure the cell doesnt take in too much stuff or not enough. The nucleus helps to regulate the functions of other organelles such as the mitochondrion and vacuoles. So mainly the nucleus and the semi-permeable membranes maintain balance in the cell. This is the best i can do! more
