• At times, it may seem that organizational development, organizational design, and organizational facilitation are the same thing; this is because there are areas of overlap. When we are working within an organization, the differences do not matter much; all three are directed at building a better organization. When we are working in our own organizations, we need to use whatever will work to have all the pieces fit together.
