The CGI Medicare RAC Region B Website contains a Providers link on the main page. Access to that portion of the Website is accomplished using Knowledge Based Authentication. Providers must have either their Medicare ID or their NPI number. In addition, providers must also have a unique piece of information from a letter the provider receives from CGI (i.e. ADR Letter, Overpayment Demand Letter), or the allowed amount from a claim that was paid by Medicare within a specific date range.
