How do public folders work?
Public folders represent a common space shared by all those who have an Exchange account on your same domain. You can use them to share documents, images, notes, calendars and diaries with your colleagues. To consult or use the public folders, access your Mailbox Exchange and click `Public Folders. You will be able to insert files of any kind as attachments to an email message. Your colleagues will be able to consult them at any time, and, if necessary, to forward it to your clients, providers etc.
