Easy Rebates are available on products purchased in Staples® stores, through our catalog and online at Staples.com®. Look for Easy Rebate products every time you shop. They're identified by the phrase "Easy Rebate" in the product description. When you're ready to submit your Easy Rebate, go to www.stapleseasyrebates.com and enter the required information right online. You won't have to clip out UPC codes or mail in receipts. You'll even receive emails keeping you posted on your rebate status, with links to the track status page online. Best of all, you'll receive your rebate faster than ever — within 4–6 weeks. A. We track rebate earnings throughout the year, and we pay those rebates to the institutional member in the following year. ACUI Procure simply cuts a check back to you. You can add it to your bottom line, fund new programs, buy furniture or computers, contribute to scholarships ... you decide!  more

When you make purchases through the Walden eMall a portion of your purchase is credited to your account as a rebate. Rebate checks are sent out four times per year, and you must have a balance of at least $10.00 to receive one.  more

When you make purchases through Suzy's Mall, a portion of your purchase is credited to your account as Rebate Dollars. On a quarterly basis, if you have accumulated at least $10 in Rebate Dollars, and you're a member in good standing of Suzy's Mall, we'll convert the Rebate Dollars to a check and mail it to you.  more

The more we collectively spend, the greater the value of the rebates. Our annual statements will reflect rebate earnings for each member, and ACUI Procure cuts a check back to you. We do a large amount of business with a company that is not an ACUI Procure preferred vendor. How can we get them to become a preferred vendor so I can start receiving a rebate on my purchases? A. Give us the name of the company you would like to see become an ACUI Procure preferred vendor and we will contact them and try to negotiate pricing, cash discounts and rebate terms so all ACUI members can benefit.  more
