How do students know which credits UMass Lowell is accepting from work they did at another college?
Transcripts from other colleges are evaluated shortly after we receive them. New students are given preliminary evaluations in their first meeting with an academic advisor. Continuing students must complete an Authorization of Off-Campus Courses Form prior to pursuing this option in order to guarantee credit transfer.
