How do the Aspen Ridge I townhomes compare to Aspen Ridge II?
The existing townhomes range from 1,700 square feet to 2,600 square feet. The new townhomes will be approximately 2,600 square feet. The floor plan will be similar to that of the newly remodeled townhome 6, however it will have more storage space. There will be a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and the laundry and ski-rooms will be much larger. Townhomes in the complex are three bedroom, three or three-and-a-half bath with an attached private garage.
