How do the coaching sessions work?
Coaching sessions usually run from 30 min to 2 hours, depend on the meeting you choose. Since most of my clients are busy professionals, most coaching sessions take place over the phone – this is a flexible solution to even the busiest of schedules (so no more excuses!) or if you live or work across the country, continent or the world. For Coaching Packages per month on average, 3 phone sessions running 45 minutes are scheduled. If you live in the area and feel more comfortable talking face-to-face, we can set up a time and place for a meeting that is most convenient to you, whether it be your place of employment, your home, or your favorite java joint. All of the relationship coaching packages include unlimited email support, as well quick phone calls along the way when you most need it.
