How do the drawers work?

0

The drawers glide open on full extension metal and ball bearing drawer slides. The drawer slides are rated to hold about 75 pounds per pair and a drawer full of CDs weighs about 35-40 pounds. Full extension drawer slides also make it possible for you to access the CDs in the back of the drawer as easily as the ones in the front. The cabinet should not tip over if you have a drawer full of CDs and you fully extend it. However, to ensure stability we recommend you load the drawers evenly so that even if you fully extend a loaded drawer there will be enough weight in the other drawers to make absolutely sure that the cabinet doesn’t tip forward.
