How do the Pledge Drive and spring Walk-a-thon work in harmony with one another?
Our feeling is that the Pledge Drive is asking families of attending students to directly donate to support the school; the Walk-a-thon allows our kids to have an event in which they can play an active role (and as well provide extended family, friends, and neighborhood businesses the chance to support the school).
