How do u calculate ur most fertile day?

It should be around the middle of your cycle (day one being the first day of your period) then you are most fertile for the three days prior to this. ie on a 28 day cycle, you should be having sex on days 11, 12 and 13. However, not all women are like this. When I was trying to get pregnant, my cycle varied form 10 to 40 days each month! We resulted to using ovulation kits, and it turned out that I don't ovulate in the middle of my cycle, I'm always a bit late! Ovulation kits are the best thing to use, if it wasn't for these, I wouldn't have my daughter! Be patient, and enjoy the trying stage!!  more
