Gaming staff can be given access to the database and view the information daily on the computer. This is the ideal situation. If this is not possible, it may suit your venue to have one or two of your staff access the database and collate the information for others. Some venues display excluded information in a folder or on a notice board, out of view of the public or non gaming staff.
