How do we get frontlist files into the BiblioVault?
If you have a few files to send us, you can upload them at the BiblioVault Web site. After you’ve logged into the Publishers’ Portal, check to see if the book is already in the BiblioVault by choosing “View stored titles” in the left navigation. If the title isn’t in the BiblioVault yet, add it by selecting the “Add a frontlist title” link in the left navigation. Select the “User’s guide” link to see more detailed instructions. If you have many files to send, the quickest way to get them all to us is to drop them off in your press folder on our FTP site. Contact Kate Davey (kdavey@press.uchicago.edu, 773-834-4417) for FTP address and login information. On our FTP site, you’ll be able to drop new files in, but you won’t be able to delete or download any files. We check the press folders and move new files over to the BiblioVault once a day.
