How do we use our Ultima card(s) to make a call from another country?
You can originate calling card calls from over 50 countries worldwide with your Ultima Card. Follow the instructions on your wallet-sized Ultima Card Dialing Guide which you should have received along with your Ultima card. If you lost or did not receive an Ultima Card Dialing Guide, call us at 502-721-9690 or 800-320-6829 to order a new one. To originate a calling card call from another country using your Ultima card, you will first need to dial the correct Ultima card access number (click here for a list of Ultima Card international access numbers) for that country. After dialing the correct access number, follow the standard voice prompts to enter your calling card number and PIN, then the number you wish to dial (area code + number for calls to the U.S. or Canada or 011 + country code + city code + number for international calls). For multiple calls, don’t hang up, press the “#” key for two seconds and the system will ask you to dial the number for your next call.
