How Do You Access Lotus Notes From Outlook?

0

Lotus Notes is an IBM application suite through which users can access and manage email, to-do lists and calendar entries. If you use another suite or email client, you may find it difficult to keep track of all your emails. You can access items stored on an IBM Lotus Domino Release 5.x or 6.x server, including emails, via Microsoft Outlook with the help of a third-party program called Microsoft Office Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino, available for download from the Microsoft Download Center. Navigate to the Microsoft Download Center (see Resources) and download the Outlook Connector for IBM Lotus Domino. Save the file to your hard disk. Launch the Setup program by double-clicking the file olconn2.exe in your hard disk. Follow the program’s prompts to complete the installation process. Launch and use Outlook as you normally would. Your Lotus Notes messages will now automatically route to Outlook and appear in your mailbox.
