How Do You Answer Behavioral Interview Questions?
Lately interviews aren’t’ just about how you think you apply your skills, or how well do you think you can do this job; they actually want to know what have you already done that would make it a good idea to hire you. Being confronted with these questions, sometimes a person wouldn’t know how to answer. Well here are a few tips so that you can stay on top of the game. Research the questions. You want to get to know these questions and answers before hand. Don’t look as if you practiced but definitely have an idea of what you’re walking into. Ex: 1- Describe a situation when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done? 2- Tell me about a customer relationship you have maintained for multiple years. If you made it to the in person interview then dress the part. Appearance does matter when you want to impress someone.
