Apply the concrete bonding agent. Apply evenly to all walls to which stucco will be applied. Allow the bonding agent to dry completely. Apply a scratch coat of stucco. This scratch coat should be 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Allow the scratch coat to dry slightly, then use plasterer’s rake to scratch the stucco to a depth of 1/8 inch. Allow the scratch coat to harden for 36 to 48 hours. Apply a water mist periodically to keep the scratch coat moist. Apply a finish coat of stucco. Finish the stucco to the desired texture and a depth of 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Allow the finish coat to cure for 36 to 48 hours, misting periodically. Cover the walls to be finished with stucco with 15-pou
