Before you can, you have to first assemble its base. Follow these steps to find out how. With the base side panels facing each other, line up the screw holes on the right side. Repeat alignment with the left side of the base panels. Turn the base panels to the side. Align the circular panel with the 7 pre-drilled reference holes. Place 6 screws around the outer holes. Leave the center hole empty so you can use it in the next step. With the base still remaining on its side, place the center bearing bushing into the center hole. Place the circular base with 3 teflon pads against the bottom of the assembly. The center bearing bushing from the previous step should now be in the center of the circular pad.
