This one is so easy, you can put it in the oven and cook your main course on top of the stove while it bakes. Open the biscuit mix and remove about a tablespoon of the mix to use later. Add 1/2 cup water to the mix as directed. Add about 1/4 cup of sugar to the mix. Just stir until completely mixed. Open fruit–we use peaches or cherries, not pie mix, but just the canned fruit. Put a couple of spoons of the juice from the fruit in a measuring cup and add the tablespoon of biscuit mix and about half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well and add to the remainder of the fruit and juice. Place the peaches or cherries and all the juice in an oven dish. Put the biscuit mix on top and bake in a 350 degree oven until the biscuit mix is cooked inside. This should take about 40 minutes, but that may depend on the amount you make and th
