How Do You Bake A Large Quantity Of Potato Rolls (200) For A Group/Crowd?
Feeding a large group of people and need easy recipes for a crowd? I’m including several and this one is for Potato Rolls and it makes 200 rolls. You may want to plan at least 2 per person so this recipe would feed approx. 100 people. Check out my other recipes for crowds. You don’t have to worry about doing the math. It is done for you. Go to a Food Warehouse or Food Club to purchase your large quantities like Sam’s Club, Gordon Foods, or other places. You can often sign up for an account and they can give you discounts for large quantity purchases. If you are a not-for-profit organization, you can maybe get special discounts or other deals. Call ahead to make sure they have everything you need or in case you need to pre-order. Peel and boil 7 cut-up potatoes. Drain and Save the hot water. Mash the potatoes.
