How Do You Bake A Moist Chicken?

0

My mom used to sell Avon and bought this crock baking dish from them. She gave each one of us kids one. I love it. It makes the best baked chicken. The chicken turns out really moist. If you don’t like to go to the restaurant all the time and you want to make a moist chicken follow this recipe. First thing you do is soak your crock baking dish in a sink full of water for a couple of hours. Second wash that chicken real good inside out. You don’t know who’s handled that chicken before you bought it. After you soak your crock baking dish and wash your chicken you put the chicken in the dish with just a small amount of water. You spray the top of the chicken with butter spray, salt and pepper. Put your lid on the crock baking dish and pop it in the oven. Cook it on 200 degrees for about 4 hours. You can turn it up to 250 degrees and reduce the time but the longer and slower you bake your chicken the moister it will be. When it’s done serve it up and enjoy.
