How Do You Barbecue Ribs on a Grill?
Barbecued ribs are an all-American favorite, especially when they are done on the grill. Whether they are laced onto a barbecue skewer or cooked individually over hot coals, ribs can turn out tender and tasty each and every time. Spring, summer, fall or winter; all of the seasons are a perfect time for mouth-watering ribs. All you need do is follow a few basic steps along the way. Have your butcher cut the ribs as you want them or cut them yourself at home. They will cook better if they are broken up into smaller sections. Cook the ribs for ½ hour in boiling water to ensure that they will be tender once finished. Let them cool slightly before placing them for the grill. Prepare the barbecue sauce for the ribs while they are boiling. Mix together in a sauce pan the oil, tomato sauce, brown sugar, molasses, lemon and brown mustard. Cook the sauce together until everything is blended and cooked together. This will take between 10 and 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Move the sauce in
