Thread the needle and condition the thread. This reduces tangling. Choose which color bead will be the center, or core, and which will be the outside spiral. Insert the needle through four center beads and three outside spiral beads. Leave about a 6-inch tail. Circle around and insert the needle back through the four center beads in the order you first strung them. Snug up the thread and line up the three spiral beads to the left of the four center beads. The thread should be coming out of the last center bead. String one center bead followed by three spiral beads.
