well, if you really want to be good I'd say at least 2 hours everyday. Practice every trick you can find until you perfect and go on steep hills while controlling the skateboard. Try to be creative and try things (not even just tricks) that are hard that will help you perfect just riding the board. Once you get good, try combos (like kickflip onto a rail and grind).
