Becoming a PA State Constable is hard work, but it is worth it in the end. Step 1 First thing is first. You need to run for election. You need to go to your local Elections Office and obtain a Municipal Election Packet. Fill out the forms in the packet. You will also find in your packet a Nomination Petition. This is how you get nominated for your Munipality. Fill out the petition in its entirety, and remember, it MUST be filled out correctly or your Nomination Petition will be rejected.
