How Do You Brew Simple Wild Berry Wine?
• Gather about a cup of wild berries. Do not wash them. • Blend/crush them to a pulp. • Put in a quart jar. • Fill the jar with water. • Stir often, at least 3 times a day. • Keep a cloth or something loosely over the mouth of the container, to keep out flies. • Within a few days it should start to bubble. • After about 2 weeks the bubbling will slow down. Enjoy your cheap, young wine.
