How Do You Build A Diagonal Wall Kitchen Cabinet?

0

In an effort to use all the space possible in a kitchen, designers created the diagonal kitchen wall cabinet. To build one takes precise measurements because settling of a home can throw off the 90-degree angle that a wall corner should have. In light of this challenge, cutting off the back corner of the cabinet makes it fit better. Place the 1-by-2s on a worktable. Apply glue to the ends of the 15-inch pieces, place them between the 30-inch pieces, one at each end and clamp them tightly with the bar clamps. Set the table saw fence at 12 inches and set the angle of the blade to 45 degrees. Next, cut one of the 30-inch edges of the two 12-inch side panels. Then set the table saw fence at 3 inches and cut both of the 30-inch edges of the 3-inch back. Place the four 30-inch panels on a worktable. Measure up from the short edges and make a mark at 1½, 11 and 20½ inches. Place the framing square on the marks and draw lines across the width of the panels. The 1½-inch mark is the bottom shelf
