If you would like to bring a family fun center to your local town, here is what you need to do. Purchase land or find an empty building big enough to house a family fun center. Your average business space for lease will not due. You need something the size of a warehouse. If you can find an empty building of ideal size, you’ll save hundreds of thousands of dollars on the general construction of the infrastructure. Design the layout of the inside of the building. If the space you purchased already has walls, you’ll probably want to knock all these out and start from stratch. Most family fun centers include a basketball court or two, a running track, weightroom/physical fitness area, and maybe a racquetball court or two.
