If you don’t have the space or like the look of a traditional clothesline, you might consider a drying rack. Wall-mounted drying racks conserve space because they fold up against the wall when not in use. Build one yourself with a few supplies and basic tools. Make one to fit into your space and match the overall style of the room. Place two 1-by-2-by-18-inch pine boards parallel to each other on a work surface, approximately 24 inches apart.
