How Do You Build An Underwater Fishing Light?
An underwater fishing light is perfect for those nighttime fishing adventures or early morning ventures to your favorite fishing hot spot. It’s a well-known fact that fish are attracted to light, and humans can’t see every well without some light to guide our way. So, if you plan on going fishing when it is dark, an underwater light will help you steer your boat around logs, attracting some fish in the process. Buy a bunch of small glass beakers like the kind used in a science lab. Drill a 1/16-inch hole into the middle of a cork or rubber stopper that fits into this beaker. Thread one wire (positive and ground) through the rubber stopper and connect the end to an LED bulb. Place the bulb into the beaker, then secure the cork or rubber stopper into the beaker top.
