How do you catch a Khangaskhan in original Pokemon red and blue not using safari zone?

If you can’t manage to wrestle one out of the Safari Zone there is no other place on the world map that has wild Khangaskhans. However, there is a glitch that can be used. Without looking it up, I might get it wrong. However I think I’ve got it right. Once you see the Khangaskhan in the Safari Zone you have to quit the Safari game. Hit Start, then Quit or Leave. Run down to the waters edge, and surf out to the Seafoam Islands. Surf up and down the right side of the coast with a bunch of pokeballs all ready to go. You should start encountering pokemon you would normally see in the Safari Zone. Such as Khangaskhan, Tauros, Pinsir/Scyther etc. If that doesn’t work then the only other ways to get Khangaskhan would be in a trade from a friend. Or with a Gameshark. There is one other way, but there’s no guarantee it’ll go Khangaskhan on you. The multiply glitch, if you still have your Masterball, put it in the 6th slot of your items. Talk to the guy that teaches you how to catch pokemon. Fly
