How do you catch Deoxys,Mew,Celebi,and Jirachi on Pokemon Emerald without cheats and tickets?
For Deoxys, Mew, and Celebi, you have no choice but to trade. Their events are long past. For Jirachi, if you have a Gamecube/Wii or know someone who does, you can download Jirachi from the Pokemon Colosseum bonus disc. That was given out with preorders of the actual Pokemon Colosseum, but you might be able to find it pretty cheap somewhere (especially since it doesn’t have anything on it besides Jirachi and a Colosseum demo). But you don’t technically catch Jirachi; you download it straight to your party, but you need an empty space. If you can’t use the bonus disc, then you’ll have to trade for Jirachi like for the others.
