These are the generalized directions for changing the headlight light bulb for most cars. All models are not the same, so there may be a few differences based on your individual car. Prop open the hood of your car and put a spot light or flash light onto the back of the headlight. Look to the far corner of the hood, the headlight is housed in a cubby to the far sides. Some models have a back cover which will require a screwdriver to unscrew the backplate to get to the bulb. Locate the screws and unscrew using the screwdriver. Remove backplate. Some models will also have a wiring component connected usually by plastic clips, detach plastic clips and pull wiring to the side. Old Light bulb should now be visible. Remove old light bulb by screwing it to the left. Go to local auto store and purchase new light bulb that matches the one for your model car (most places have a book that it can be looked up in) Insert new light bulb by screwing to the right, secure in place.
