Using your screwdriver, unscrew the assembly that houses the lint screen and remove it from the dryer, setting it aside. Using your screwdriver as a lever, insert it under the front right side of the dryer, between the top and the body. Press down to force the top slightly up from the body. Repeat this process on the left side, and lift the top off the dryer.
