How do you change spark plugs on 2002 Ford F150 5.4 litre engine?
u get a 7mm socket, an extension with a swivel and a spark plug socket, now i recomend doing one at a time unplug the coil pack, remove the 7mm bolt holding it in place and gently pull the coil pack out, now insert ur spark plug socket with swivel extension lossen the spark plug and remove it, install new plug and re-install the coil pack. and repeat untill completed. now some say the fuel rail is in the way trust me from experiance DO NOT remove the fule rail unless u want to change all of the o rings on your fule injectors its ur call i removed it and it cost me a few more hours of work, thats what the swivel extension is for.
