Remove the left front wheel and remove the plastic splash panals on the inside of the fender well, they are connected with plastic retainers. Behind them is the crankshaft pulley. There are two belts on it, if you have power steering, one if not. Next, from the topside, loosen both the alternator and the power steering pump. They are adjusted with a bolt on the bottom, engine, side. You will know the one because it is in a groove. When tension is off, simply remove the belt from the pully and let it drop down past the engine and pull it off from below. Install in reverse order, lowering the new belt down from the top and guiding it into place on the crankshaft pulley from the wheel well.
