A baker’s rack is a set of high, decorative shelves. About half way up the rack is a wooden shelf, usually with drawers built to hold bakery items. Many people use these racks in entryways, dining rooms or kitchens. If you own a bakers rack, you may be wondering about cleaning it. Consider the materials. If the rack is composed of wood, use a polish to keep it clean and healthy. If it’s sealed wood, a simple damp cloth may do to clean it. You may even be able to use a simple kitchen cleaner-check your owner’s manual and the directions on the kitchen cleaner.
