How Do You Clean A Bean Bag?

0

Bean bag chairs seem like a great idea, right up to the point where your bean bag has been so loved that it is absolutely filthy. When you are confronted with the task of cleaning the bean bag, things get a little more complicated. Fortunately, there are ways to deal with a soiled bean bag short of throwing it away. Throw the outer liner of the bean bag in the washer. Many bean bags actually have an outer liner around the bag that is actually holding the cushion or the beans. If this is the case, unzip the outer liner and wash and dry it. Replace the clean cover on the bean bag. Spot treat serious stains with the carpet and upholstery cleaner. Spray the cleaner on a cleaning rag and dab at the stains. Do not spray directly on the bean bag. Once you have removed the stain, you can “rinse” the cleaner off by dabbing the newly cleaned area with a damp rag. Scrub minor soils with a toothbrush and warm, soapy water. You can mix the soap mixture in a glass. Fill it two-thirds of the way full
