How do you clean a cd and get rid of the scratches???
You can’t really get rid of scratches. But you’ll find that if a disc is clean, the scratches will have to be really bad to affect playback.. To clean a disc, use regular liquid soap and warm water. Just like washing your hands – get it all soapy and rinse. Dry with a lint free cloth. Rub the cloth across the disc in only one direction. Not back and forth, not in circles, just one direction across the disk. Let it air dry for a few minutes, or wave it around and you’re ready to go. Do not touch the playing surface, obviously.
